Buzz Market 4 All – Refund, Resend & Return Policy
At Buzz Market 4 All, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We follow a fair and clear refund, resend, and return policy to ensure your concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Important:
All disputes must be submitted through Buzz Market 4 All’s official channels. Failure to do so may result in the dispute being rejected.
To Submit a Dispute, Please Provide:
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage or issue. If the image is not clear, a video is required.
- Screenshot of the customer’s complaint, including name, date, and message (email, PayPal, etc.).
- If requested, the product must be returned to our warehouse.
1. Delayed Orders
You may request a refund or resend if an order has not been delivered within the timeframe below after it leaves our warehouse:
- USA: 45 days
- Brazil: 110 days
- CJPacket Liquid Line: 100 days
- Other Countries: 60 days
Note:
If the package is pending due to an incorrect address, unclaimed status, or similar reasons, customers should contact their local post office directly.
2. Order Not Received
We do not offer a refund or resend if tracking shows the item as “Delivered.” If the customer claims they did not receive it:
- A non-delivery certificate with official stamp from the local post office is required.
You may open a dispute if the tracking status shows issues like:
- Insufficient or incorrect address
- Unknown recipient
- Refused delivery
- Unclaimed package
- Customs clearance issues
Note:
If the package is returned due to unclaimed status and arrives back to our logistics partner, we are not responsible for any losses.
3. Damaged Products
- Fully damaged items: Eligible for full refund or resend.
- Partially damaged items: May qualify for partial refund or resend.
Note:
We do not provide compensation for damaged packaging boxes due to international shipping conditions.
4. Incorrect or Missing Products
We take product accuracy seriously. If the wrong product is shipped:
- Incorrect product: Full refund or resend.
- Wrong size or color (not affecting functionality): Refund or resend upon valid proof.
- Missing parts: Partial refund or resend depending on the severity.
- Missing accessories: Resend of the missing items.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be fully refunded before processing begins.
- Customized (POD), Pre-order, and Media Orders (photos/videos) cannot be canceled after payment.
Important Terms
1. Dispute Deadline
You cannot open a dispute after an order is marked as closed.
2. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or damage caused by natural disasters, epidemics, wars, customs issues, etc.
3. Shipping Limitations
We do not accept disputes for orders shipped with untrackable shipping methods or to certain remote destinations.
4. Return Conditions
- Products can only be returned to our warehouse in China.
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
- We do not recommend returns due to high international shipping costs and the risk of loss/damage.
5. Service Products
We do not guarantee refunds for third-party or service-based products, especially if they haven’t been quality-checked by us.
Unacceptable Disputes
Disputes will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Buyer changed their mind or doesn’t like the product
- Buyer ordered the wrong item
- Incorrect shipping address provided
- Product smell, minor scratches, or differences agreed upon before purchase
- Buyer failed to complete customs clearance
